@JetBlue I had to drive 4 hours from Boston to JFK because they gave away my daughter's seat, I booked for 06/19 and they were trying to send her on 07/02, so they really didn't gave me any choice than JFK. #JetBlue #theworstcompanyever

@JetBlue it's been a nightmare trying to send my daughter to the Dominican Republic with her dad. First, they gave my daughter's flight to someone else claiming I didn't pay the unaccompanied minor fee at the time I booked which it says in their website it was already included.

@JetBlue didn't let me now that I lost my daughter's flight because they said there was something unfinished which I knew just after I called them, after paying her tickets they gave it to someone else #horrible #JetBlue
