@CitizensAdvice Many thanks for your response. We’re extremely concerned as this situation doesn’t seem to get resolved. The dealer basically ignore us and they don’t want to offer other alternative as keep the faulty car. We feel very vulnerable and they don’t seem to care.

No courtesy car at all, very distressing situation as we have a disabled child and we need the car but not a faulty one that can be a hazard for our family. Many irregularities and we’re still paying monthly for a car that we haven’t seen

Glad that you were luckier! but after reading a few comments probably my situation is not unusual, unfortunately.
@Mobilize_FS@renault_uk PCP with you a new Renault, fault reported less than three months old, 2 attempts to fix it, still there, trying to reject the car under the consumer rights act getting told no now getting ignored FS Omb states youre breaching agreement car should be fit for purpose
@renault_uk Hope your customer service improves, brand new Megane Etech, water leaking into footwell, 4 months since reported two attempts at fixing it have failed, now getting ignored been asking for an update since 7th July, terrible service.
