Just shocking customer service after being a loyal customer for 9 years and travelling in a car which has been unsafe for 3 yrs
I have been driving my @renault_uk for 3 years with a major manufacturing fault which could have resulted in a fatality & have now been told I have to pay half of the cost to get it fixed. Will not call me back until Friday and will only offer a courtesy car 1/2

@teresabray@renault_uk@renault_uk are horrible… all my sympathy, we just purchased a brand new car and was faulty before delivery. We haven’t seen the car yet but we continue paying, obviously we don’t want that car as can be a hazard for our family too #dreadfulexperience

by taking away the offer of paying for half the repair! @renault_uk this is NOT okay. Telling me it's out of warranty. Was booked in yesterday they called me to say they haven't done the work and so it's topped over to 1day out. Work should have been done yesterday in warranty!
@parcelforce expecting 2 deliveries. 1 has turned up. Clearly states 2 of 2 on the parcel and driver has no idea where the other is. Help!!! It's needed for tomorrow!
@AskHalifaxBank Well I'd actually like to be granted the 2 month payment holiday that I've been declined due to being just 1% out on our loan to value rate. Not advice!!!!!!!!
@AskHalifaxBank so frustrated and angry at being refused a mortgage holiday because our loan to value is 76% not 75%. Where is your loyalty to customers who have been with you 4 years and never missed a payment????? 1%!!!!!!!
