To all those unaware of our history who believe the U.S. owes nothing to Ukraine:

In December of 1994, the United States, Russia, the UK, and Ukraine signed the Budapest Memorandum.

Under this agreement, Ukraine voluntarily gave up its nuclear arsenal—one of the largest in the world—in exchange for assurances from the U.S., Russia, and the UK. Specifically, these countries promised to respect Ukraine’s territorial integrity and sovereignty, avoid using or threatening force against Ukraine, refrain from economic coercion, and pursue UN Security Council action if Ukraine’s borders were violated.

If Trump stands aside, allowing Russia to freely annex Ukrainian territory without meaningful pushback, he is clearly breaking these political commitments made by the United States to Ukraine under the Budapest Memorandum.

4) Declare Russia as the non-aggressor
5) Give up all the temporarily occupied territories to Russia
