@JeGram1Cif 1st time I worked with the public we knew certain folks were paid extra to help us if we needed bilingual help. One hospital we called (and hospital paid for) medical translation. No Other Workplace I’ve been at. This is a shame. Bilingual folks should definitely be paid more!
