An Illegal alien truck driver who caused a fatal accident in Washington has been released from custody after police did not follow up on the case.

Illegal aliens are now getting away with murder in the United States of America.

BREAKING: I’m told by a senior ICE source that the semi truck driver arrested in a deadly crash in Washington state yesterday is an Indian illegal alien who was caught and released at the Border by the Biden admin.

I’m told that 25-year-old KAMALPREET SINGH was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol in Lukeville, AZ after crossing illegally into the U.S. on 12/24/2023, but he was released into the U.S.

SINGH is now facing charges for vehicular homicide after he allegedly crashed into the back of a vehicle on SR 167 in WA, crushing it between another truck, and killing 29 year old Robert B. Pearson. 

I'm told ICE has placed a detainer with him on local law enforcement in King County, WA. 

NOTE: SINGH is not believed to have any relation to two other Indian illegal alien truck drivers with the same last name who are facing their own charges for killing people in crashes in CA (Jashanpreet Singh) and FL (Harjinder Singh).

R V S XPRESS INC is the trucking company that employed illegal alien Kamalpreet Singh. After Kamalpreet plowed over vehicles in stopped traffic and killed 29-year-old Robert Pearson, he was released from custody by the state of Washington.

R V S XPRESS INC is based in Eastvale, California. But they have a previous address in Riverside, California -- an apartment complex.

I've highlighted this particular complex MANY times. 50+ trucking companies have been registered there. And most of them by the same email address. This email address has registered 213 trucking companies.
