Ooh. Dalamhati (grief) and Luwalhati (glory) comes from the root word “hati” which means atay.
On the other hand, Dalam means inside and Luwal to come out.
Then based on PH anthro, atay was viewed as the emotional and spiritual epicenter of a human being.
WELCOME TO MABINI BOTTOM 🇵🇭
A Filipino twist on Bikini Bottom, inspired by our everyday chaos…flooding, packed transport, corruption, and politics.
“Mabini” comes from Apolinario Mabini, one of the Philippines’ national heroes.
Welcome to our side of the ocean.
when me and my ex were together, we had this ritual where we kept a notebook for each other.
when we were away (since we lived in different cities), we’d write to the other in the notebook. then, every time we met, we’d swap them, go back, read, and reply to those letters.
eventually, we ended up with two notebooks that belonged to neither of us, but us itself.
e a vocação humana, pra Tomás, é participar dessa mesma lógica.
