This can not be right! Duly updating RAC about name change after marriage to match married name in passport and drivers licence! Same car, same address, same profile, same 9 years no claim bonus. Policy cancelled came up as a ‘no quote’! #discrimination

Called to update my policy to my married name - was told I now had a ‘no quote’ and my policy was immediately cancelled! 9 years no claim bonus - all other aspects of my personal details identical !
Escalation team very apologetic but could do nothing ! Shameful !

Called to update to my married surname - all other details have remained exactly the same in my profile 9 years no claim bonus and was told that my insurance had became a ‘no quote’ and that RAC could no longer insure me! Shameful

Truly awful @RACcarinsurance! Wife phoned them to update name as we got married and they immediately cancelled the car insurance as “risk changed”. Appalling! Other insurers reduce premium when you get married - RAC cancel your insurance! So RAC discriminate against marriage!

@StephenFlynnSNP There is a serious problem going on with vaccinations in your area. Especially Grampian. My grandparents are over 90 and yet are still waiting for their letter to be able to revive a vaccination. Both with serious underlying health issues. How is this possible!!!

@StephenFlynnSNP There is no reason why people who are over 90 and with underlying health issues should be in this situation. It is utterly appalling and disappointing. What is the process of the vaccine roll out as what is on the news is clearly a lie. Something needs to be done

@RuthDavidsonMSP The vaccination roll out in Scotland is something that needs to be addressed. My grandparents live in Aberdeen, 90 and 91 and haven’t had any information regarding a letter inviting them to get their vaccine. How is this even possible?

Can you have someone on to talk about the vaccination status in Scotland please @BBCBreakfast My parents in Aberdeen are 91 and 89 and have not heard anything about getting the vaccine yet. Scotland are lagging behind and would be good for you to highlight this, thanks.
