도파민은 폰에서만 줄여야 하는게 아니라는 사실을 남편과 대화하며 깨달았다.
당장 내일 비소식에 ‘하루종일 집에서 아기랑 심심하겠다.’라는 생각부터 들었다. 일상 생활 곳곳에서 알게 모르게 자극에 많이 노출되고 있었다.

밤새 주식이 많이 올라 기뻐하는 남편과는 달리 나는 딱히 기쁘지가 않았다.
주식 계좌에 돈이 늘어도 줄어도 팔기 전까진 사이버머니같고 내 삶은 변하는것이 없기에 모든게 무의미하다는 생각이 들었다.
주가에 눈을 돌리고 싶은 마음을 합리화하는 나의 변명인가 하는 생각도 든다.
