A @lyft driver blocking a passenger’s message when the customer attempts to retrieve an item left after a ride…not suspicious at all. Not a one single 🚩 And totally makes it feel safe and reasonable to book Lyft again - yeah. No.
@FedEx very dissatisfied with FedEx. My package was delivered to the wrong address and FedEx has no interest in helping. They have my money and I do not have my package. Called customer service and they are no help.
