Contacted @unifi live agent.. Yes agent is responsive. Bt only solution offered is technician will come on 10/7 to check, and if the issue on customer side, I, the soon to be ex-customer on 13/7 need to pay for the service charge of RM53 🙄

3 follow up calls with @unifi CS. Still no solution. @fahmi_fadzil @MCMC_RASMI please pay attention to this lousy service provider.
