#ServicioPúblico 🆘 Me llamo Andrés y soy el hijo de Mariela Theresa Pérez Urbina, quien está desaparecida desde el 30/07/2026. Mi mamá fue Miss Barinas 1981 y es sobrina del expresidente Carlos Andrés Pérez.

Llevamos semanas buscándola sin saber dónde está. La última vez que fue vista fue el 30 de julio de 2026, en una fila de la Fundación REMAR, en La Pastora, Caracas.

Hemos conseguido acceder a la información de su cuenta mediante la aplicación bancaria y confirmamos que no ha realizado ningún movimiento desde el 28 de julio. Tampoco ha regresado al lugar donde vivía y sus pertenencias continúan allí.

Es importante aclarar que mi mamá nunca ha presentado un cuadro de Alzheimer, demencia ni ningún diagnóstico de deterioro cognitivo que pudiera explicar que se desorientara o no supiera regresar.

Ya existe una denuncia ante el CICPC y el Ministerio Público. Hemos buscado en hospitales, en la morgue y en los lugares que frecuentaba, pero seguimos sin encontrarla. Hago este video para volver a explicar todo lo que sabemos y conseguir que su rostro llegue a alguien que pueda reconocerla.

चीन ने भारत और नेपाल से सटे तिब्बत बॉर्डर और ऊंचे पर्वतीय इलाकों में रिमोट सेंसिंग स्टेशन,ऑटोमेटेड ड्रोन आदि तक इक के साथ काफी हाई-टेक निगरानी नेटवर्क बनाया हुआ है.
झील के पास लगे सेंसर जो जलस्तर बढ़ते ही कंट्रोल रूम और ड्रोन सिस्टम को अलर्ट भेज देते हैं.
चीन का Tibet Autonomous Region Authorities और स्थानीय वैज्ञानिक टीम इन झीलों पर लगातार नजर रखती है. वे समय-समय पर ऑटोमेटेड ड्रोन उड़ाकर या झीलों के पास स्थापित कैमरोंऔर ड्रोन स्टेशन से झील का जलस्तर, दरारें और ग्लेशियर पिघलने की स्थिति रिकॉर्ड करते हैं.

हालांकि दोनों देशों के बीच आपदा डेटा साझा करने के समझौते हैं,लेकिन नेपाली अधिकारियों का कहना है कि झील टूटने के दौरान तुरंत सटीक जानकारी या वॉटर-लेवल अलर्ट नहीं भेजा गया.
हालांकि International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development ने पहले से चेतावनी दी गई थी कि यह झील कभी भी फट सकती है. लेकिन इस तरह की "सामान्य चेतावनी" और बाढ़ आने के 1-2 घंटे पहले मिलने वाले "लाइव अर्ली वार्निंग" में फर्क होता है, जो नेपाल को समय पर नहीं मिल सका.
