Hope to see such developments both in India and Pakistan as well as elsewhere.

@mrinalsatish @SameerKhosa @epw_in @sarahzaman82 @durbakatha @axislawpk @CUP_Law @LexisNexis Recently, in January 2020 Gujarat High Court declared the two-finger test as unconstitutional. The court in passing this judgment relied on the previous judgments of the Supreme Court of India.
