We've spent 2 months writing about our process and frameworks. But it can be difficult to do on your own. So in April, we are running a 4-week Problem Sprint. It’s open to anyone, free, virtual, and (mostly) asynch. https://t.co/ckKgR6zq07
"Is the problem big enough?" is an important question, but borrowing from what we've learned from South Bend over the past decade, we also find it powerful to ask "is it small enough?"

Should you be thinking about business model before you have a startup idea? We say yes!
Check out our latest essay about discovering how potential customers value the problem you're solving and how that should drive your solution:

Dustin and I sat down and talked about applying the contradiction framework we use at INVANTI to the startup Babyscripts -- check it out! https://t.co/a0uIBkg3H0
If you've got an entrepreneurial inkling, but haven't figured exactly what you want to start yet, check out our latest essay: It All Starts with a Contradiction
"INVANTI has always been about taking tools of analysis and turning them into tools of creation. How could we design a framework that doesn’t just let startup founders evaluate if they have an insight, but accelerate generating them in the first place?"

The Founder Studio is based on three bets:
1. Work with people that can be founders before an idea
2. Work on problems that tech doesn't often address, but matter in everyday life
3. Focus on the experience of people in small & midsize cities
https://t.co/izFJlRs24I
The new Founder Studio cohort comprises 18 people in 14 states. 61% identify as Black, African American, Latinx, or Asian, 72% identify as women, and 100% have started something in their past.

Our goal is to help our 18 new Founder Studio members build companies full-time and connect them to pilot customers in the South Bend Region. We will be making $20k investments from our fund into a select group from the cohort. https://t.co/izFJlRs24I
We’re kicking off a new cohort of the INVANTI Founder Studio!
We have invited 18 people to join us, from across the country, for the next three months to explore problems, identify opportunities, and develop and test solutions and business models.

"Overlooked insights most often live within people’s stories — sometimes so baked into their daily experience that they themselves don’t always see them. But to get access to these stories, which are often deeply personal and painful, you need a core ingredient — trust."
"The best part about solving these types of problems is that they have the key ingredients for an impact company. The intensity means potential customers are motivated to seek out new solutions and the pervasiveness means there are a lot of those potential customers out there."
