Jorginho James was out on bail from a March assault charge when the second alleged incident happened

He was initially released on a $7,500 bond with conditions including an ankle monitor and a protection order

The court then granted his motion to remove the ankle monitor

Last month, James allegedly assaulted his wife again

He was released on a $20,000 bond and is awaiting his next court date on October 28
