Dear Jessica, after the worst tragedy that could happened in a neighborhood, the driver is still out in the same car, not a stop sign placed. Victor’s life matters. Neighbors are scared, HB 442 didn’t pass!

Dear @troyfinner @steare13 Driver didn’t have a🛑,officer thought Víctor just got a scratch allowing the woman to drive while the boy was being pronounced irreversible. It’s not his fault. Charge the driver!

With 1 suitcase and my baby inside me I came to the US on December 9, 2009 on a K1 Visa. I hugged my belly Caracas to Houston. I wanted to protect my son. Now so easily he’s gone while the driver is driving as if nothing happened. I want to ask the authorities why? @TroyFinner

No one can understand how come this happened when Victor was almost on the other side, so she had time to see him but she didn’t have a stop sign. That’s should give right to destroy a life. The medical report shows all.

Video shows how the woman DID NOT used the brakes, she was going too fast, distracted allegedly. We are waiting sirs.

It’s been 8 Months since a driver caused irreversible brain damage to Victor: Sept.1st 2020. He donated 5 organs to save children&adults. The driver has not received charges.
