Cerrar El Helicoide no puede significar mover presos de un sitio a otro.

Si no hay nombres, destinos, pruebas de vida, acceso a abogados y libertad real, no hay cierre.

Hay opacidad.

¿A quién están intentando convencer con estos traslados: a las familias, a Washington o al mundo?
