Once again, we should note this positive trend: there are more and more high-profile and effective operations in which the partisans manage to get away.

Here are the latest examples:

🔻 On July 29 in Tula, Andrey Cherezov, head of the Russian Air Transport Laboratory, was shot with a handgun in the entrance to his apartment building and seriously wounded (he is unlikely to recover). He is one of the major private manufacturers of UAVs and a fanatical ideological supporter of the Z movement.

The shooter escaped.

🔻 On August 5 in Sverdlovsk Oblast, another drone manufacturer, Vladimir Tkachuk, owner of the so-called Ural Drone Factory and also the owner of the pro-war Z channel “Povernutye na Voyne,” was blown up in his car. Torn apart by the explosion, he remains somewhere in hospital in a vegetative state. Not only was the person who planted the explosive device not caught — it appears the security services have not even identified them.

🔻 On August 27 in St Petersburg, Aerospace Forces Lieutenant Colonel Sergei Sechkov was killed when his car exploded. The woman who planted the bomb successfully left via Turkey for Moldova and then continued to her destination. The timing of the attack, her departure, connections and airport transfers had all been coordinated precisely.

🔻 On September 3 in Engels, Saratov Oblast, Aerospace Forces Major General Nikolai Varpakhovich, who commanded a division of long-range bombers, was shot outside his home as he was getting into his car. He had been involved in attacks that destroyed civilian cities. The gunman arrived at the house on a motorcycle and shot the general twice, in the face and abdomen. Varpakhovich was flown to intensive care, where doctors are still fighting to save his life.

The general’s driver was also shot during the attack.

The motorcyclist escaped.

These are remarkable results. We can say with confidence that even if the FSB claims at some point in the future to have arrested someone involved in these operations, that claim will already be false. Of course, they can detain someone accused of setting fire to a railway relay cabinet and then announce that they have supposedly captured a serious resistance fighter involved in these attacks. Remember: the people responsible got away; everything else is a lie from the security services.

Unfortunately, as before, there are also losses. Sometimes, during major operations or immediately afterwards, our comrades are captured. Sadly, it is impossible to eliminate this risk completely. If someone promises you that what they do is “completely safe,” they are either lying or have simply never been involved in serious operations. There is always a risk.

But alongside achieving results, our task is to minimise bad outcomes for the partisans. As many of our people as possible should be able to reach free territory after completing their mission. This can be achieved through careful planning of operations, as well as strict adherence to discipline and instructions by the partisans themselves.
