DESMANTELAMIENTO DEL TREN DE ARAGUA-USA UN PASO GIGANTESCO EN LA ESTABILIZACIÓN DE VENEZUELA Y ESTADOS UNIDOS
Hoy se informa la magnitud de la mayor operación federal estadounidense en la historia contra el crimen transnacional: 1.296 integrantes del Tren de Aragua arrestados. Casi 350 acusados de delitos federales.

No estamos hablando de una operación policial convencional. Estamos hablando de una ofensiva coordinada de inteligencia, investigación criminal, persecución financiera y desmantelamiento de esta organización transnacional originada en Venezuela.
Y aquí está el punto estratégico que muchos venezolanos todavía no comprenden:

LA ESTABILIZACIÓN DE VENEZUELA Y LA SEGURIDAD NACIONAL DE ESTADOS UNIDOS SON DOS CARAS DE UNA MISMA OPERACIÓN.

Las organizaciones criminales que nacieron y prosperaron en Venezuela extendieron sus operaciones por el continente hasta penetrar territorio estadounidense. No fueron simples bandas, fueron grupos paramilitares enviados por el régimen venezolano.

Desmantelarlas en EUA es un gran avance. Pero para impedir su reconstitución hay que atacar también sus estructuras de mando, financiamiento, reclutamiento y protección, todas dentro de Venezuela.

Por eso es que la reconstrucción venezolana no puede limitarse a cambiar personas y celebrar elecciones. Requiere recuperar el control de las cárceles, depurar los organismos de seguridad, reconstruir la inteligencia criminal y restablecer el monopolio legítimo de la fuerza.

Ese trabajo forma parte de las operaciones de estabilización que Estados Unidos está impulsando en Venezuela. El bombardeo en el Km 88 fue parte de los mismo.

La seguridad de EUA requiere una Venezuela estable. Y la reconstrucción de Venezuela requiere derrotar a las organizaciones criminales que destruyeron su seguridad y amenzaron a otros países.

Eso es lo que significa una verdadera alianza estratégica entre nuestras dos naciones.

Empresas que inviertan en generación, transmisión y distribución, cobren por el servicio y compitan bajo reglas claras, con contratos exigibles y tarifas que permitan recuperar la inversión. ¿Por qué endeudar a la República una vez más para hacer lo que puede financiar el capital privado?
