@Whirlpool_CA I also just had a 10 year old @BoschGlobal appliance repaired. The staff were professional & service exceeded all expectations, despite an unexpected challenge. The cost to repair was minimal. I expect to get many more years out of that appliance.

@Whirlpool_CA Look at your email system (you proved my point). Cost to repair appliance exceeds the cost of a new one. NO ONE expects to replace a 3 yr old appliance. Staff are unhelpful; phone tree ridiculous; no complaint path; won't publish a legit review. What conclusion would you draw?
