We ordered a mattress that arrived covered in marks and even had a hole in! Branch accepted responsibility- your customer service line did not. I've been asked to pay £849.99 EXTRA for a replacement!

@SamsungUK awful customer service on the phone. Trying to purchase a new phone. Advisor not able to help but refusing to put me through to a manager/supervisor. Same sentence over and over and wanting me to pay an extra £200?
No resolution had to disconnect call.
