my worst case with them was when they made me wait for 3 months because they said they will compensate me for the 4k pesos that i've lost due to their poor decision over refunds. and it is happening again!

i am not a rich person and it is not easy to earn money. i believe that i provided enough proofs but they still rejected my refund request and tagged it as "insufficient proof".

i asked for a follow up again, just an hour ago. the agent made me wait for almost an hour just to gain nothing. please see the photos. they told me that they were unable to reopen the refund button! how inconsistent! they made me wait for nothing!

button, they did not agree also, and then i exceeded the refund time frame so i couldn't apply for a refund anymore even if they reopen the button. i lost 4k above regarding that and i did not post anything about it and just let it pass. but this is too much.

i asked for a follow up twice. The first follow up was they told me to wait because the first agent already requested for my refund button to be reopened. so i waited & waited. but since i have trauma from my past cases with lazada, wherein i asked an agent to reopen the refund+

i have explained my case thoroughly to the agent and they agreed to help me reopen the refund button again so i can submit another unboxing video that is not in 2x speed. so i'm just waiting for the refund button to be reopened.
