Very disappointed with our @RCNconnects cable and internet service that has been down for over two weeks now. Called customer service six times only to hear the same thing, that their maintenance department would give us a call to resolve the issue. Haven’t received a call. #help

Never flying Frontier Airlines again. Mob of lines at Ohare for bag check for 6am flights, even with arriving more than 2 hours in advance. Hundreds of people will miss their flights. #frontier @FlyFrontier

Specifically ordered a bed frame from @Macys online that said would ship in 2-6 days, only to receive a note after purchase that it would ship in 30 days. Called customer service twice and no one can help me. Looks like I won’t have a bed for my move-in date. #pissed #macys
