This weekend, families across Mexico are celebrating Día de Muertos—a day to honor loved ones who have died. To help flood-impacted communities in Veracruz observe this important holiday, WCK teams spent this week preparing and distributing thousands of Día de Muertos kits. The kits contain traditional foods like pan de muerto and chocolate, candles, and flowers. Día de Muertos is a time for these communities to come together, and we’re making sure families have what they need to honor tradition. #ChefsForMexico

Rolando lives in the Tampiquillo neighborhood of Tuxpan, Mexico, which flooded rapidly after heavy rains from Tropical Storm Raymond. Cleanup is underway, but with water still standing, it’s not yet safe for families to cook at home. WCK teams are delivering hot meals to Rolando and his neighbors, offering nourishment and comfort as recovery begins. #ChefsForMexico
