Wow… As one of the many people who go through or in my case went through dealing with dementia.. credit to @bbceastenders for Nigel’s journey.. needed my tissues today, was a hard watch as the way it was is the way it is well done to Paul, Steve and everyone involved

Today 16/4 - still NO CONTACT… still NO collection.. obviously still NO refund..
I am not your storage facility.. NO as advised I don’t want to keep a pergola where the roof has snapped for a £50 discount.. I want it collected.. I want my refund.. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Absolute disgusting service from @LoveWilko - item delivered 2/4 item collapse and customer care informed 4/4.. Courtney advised would be contacted within 48hrs only when item collected can I have refund even tho pictures of roof snap sent.. no way to escalate… 1/3

Left it few days due to Easter.. contacted them again 10/4 again told earliest date 15th but to select another one so 15th and 16th by Leonardo.. again someone will contact within 48 hrs to confirm date of collection.. Cannot take item to supposed local store etc.. 2/3
