@LBC@NickFerrariLBC It’s not a race issue, it’s a economic issue. As a person who is black and mother it was refreshing because when black actors play these roles it doesn’t get as much attention as unfortunately, it’s often perceived as the ‘norm’

A young family member of mine was stopped by a police van whilst riding a lime bike, was then harassed physically by a female officer to get off the bike and then told he ‘looks like’ he ‘might sell drugs’. He has absolutely no criminal record, works very hard and is 1/2

After 3 months of back and fourth and money magically going missing and not one person in complaints/finance/customer service able to tell me where it’s gone apart from round in circles. Upon looking at other experiences online… @santanderuk are actually running inside scams.
@santanderukhelp The complaints team absolutely cannot deal with this according to them. ‘They don’t know how’ Unfortunately they are speaking through an agent who is getting the brunt of everything. Now been on the phone for almost 2 hours. This is the worst customer service I’v ever dealt with
2/2every time that they will resolve it by next week and nothing ever comes of it. They have outwardly said they don’t know where the money has gone (funny that considering they’re a bank) and they can’t get through to financial department. They’ve raised complaints yet NOTHING
Following my last complaint tweet about @santanderuk. It seems they are now refusing to give my money back. I’ve been on the phone to them for almost 1hr 30 mins, whilst an agent is looking for a manager to speak to me. I’ve been chasing them since May. been telling me 1/2
Wow so disappointed in @santanderuk been trying to get my money returned for over 2 months now. None of them have a clue each time I ring and they don’t do what they say they will. Glad I’ve switched banks but still want my money returned :(
@virginmedia I want to CANCEL - Your replies via WhatsApp have been asking me the same security questions since Sunday and then takes hours to response and never picks up from where we left ! Have repeated myself about 5 or 6 times now!! Just to end up with the same questions
