Iβm going to put this out to the universe and see what happens. On Sunday I broke my elbow (the other one) and I was wearing this ring on that hand. I had to take it off and in the course of bone setting, X rays, CT scans & assessments it was lost at AKL City Hospital. 1/2
@adamnewmantalks@BramPresser@yodaberg I have done this (daycare - so multiple teachers). Also done different cafes. Nice potential team outing; can save for New Year post holiday blues; plus love the support local aspect too!
@GeorgieHeath27 ... Insufficient strength training through younger years - eg. was given of the size of prominent girls and boys school gyms; biomechanical and hormonal differences also being a factor.
From a playing & coaching perspective, "turn hard, fast and fully" that was the key takeaway

Are both great Netball resources.
From memory someone within Netball NZ is doing a PhD around ACL injuries - we watched the gnarly footage of several high level injuries π¬ Improper landing technique (too wide, not turning fully)
@juniorlevi_ Scores are level: "They just *can't* find Cardwell."
"Australia have the ball on a string"... 9 passes around and 2 fumbles to get into the circle, then turned over.
