Now it's getting interesting. Public does not equate to free-for-all use. Site/app ToS must mention any use of your data/work by a 3rd party. By scraping the internet for training data, the company violated creative commons that have limits and acted as an uninvited 3rd party.

@DeanCutsforth Anxiety will compound in your mind, meaning the more you think about things making you anxious, trains your brain to think about it more. A feedback loop of anxiety.

Another thing that might help is journaling. Writing out your feelings so you can release them.

@DeanCutsforth Medication helped me be less anxious overall. Extremely noticeable difference.

Cognitive behavioral therapy can also be helpful, but I don’t know how accessible it is where you live. Definitely talk to a dr and explore your options.
