@Snapchat Snapchat wrongfully made a mistake and deleted my account after being hacked so instead of helping me get my account back it was permanently deleted Snapchat you have let me down after having my account with you guys since 2012.

[Taylor Marie @marietaylor_22]

@snapchatsupport Do you guys have an actual customer service number we can call and talk to a human

[Taylor Marie @marietaylor_22]

@Snapchat @snapchatsupport So I had someone give me a fake email from someone claiming to be snapchat support and they hacked my icloud and snapchat and I was able to get everything else but my snapchat cause it was permanently locked.

[Taylor Marie @marietaylor_22]

@snapchatsupport Because now it says that there is no account with the username

[Taylor Marie @marietaylor_22]

@Snapchat @snapchatsupport Funny how now that I try to login its telling me that there is no account with that username so either Snapchat is fucking with me or they really deleted my account for no reason All because I got hacked and instead of helping me they delete it.

[Taylor Marie @marietaylor_22]

@snapchatsupport I tried letting you guys help but it completely deleted my account

[Taylor Marie @marietaylor_22]

Who’s going to recover all of those photos of my kids in my family who is no longer with us anymore Snapchat is real fucked for doing something that could’ve been fixed instead of locking me out and now deleting my account could have been resolved by just helping me recover it.
