Not to mention my phone battery is dying faster than usual because it’s constantly looking for service it doesn’t have. I shouldn’t have to put it in airplane mode to conserve while my power bank charges, when I SHOULD HAVE SERVICE. Unacceptable. @VerizonSupport

I’m international & without service, can’t set up WiFi calling without an error message, and I’m supposed to be traveling today. I paid extra for international service and this is the SECOND time this has happened. Last time in NYC in January 2026 — ALL DAY. @VerizonSupport
