1. I was not really a seller. Nagdedeclutter lang po kami kaya ako nagbenta since sayang po. Kaya siya mura but all of those are official pc (from merch or albums)

@altsunjay very much willing to refund all of the payment she transferred to me. Even though she was only asking for a 50% refund. I was also replying to her messages in a manner way yesterday. My only point here, it can resolve the misunderstanding in a manner way instead of posting it-

@jaeminologeest Hello yes po first time ko lang po. And all of my pc are from the albums and merch (like sg and cl) kaya I am not aware on how it should be packed properly if only the pc will be shipped out. That’s why I am apologizing to those buyers and offer a refund process to them since I-

Yes po I alreadt apologized via pm/dm for the buyer whi experienced it that’s why I offer to refund their payment once mareceive back ko po yung item. And I cutted a box na din po for safety sa ship out ko today since may nagreach out din sakin sa fb.

@masar4f To be clear po the item that I have packed it in carton is for ship out later. Since may nagmessage po sakin and gave me an advice. For the received po today na mga pcs I packed it in bubble wrap twice po. And I apologize for those na nadamage privately on their acct.

good for u that u learned ur lesson on packing the pcs safely, but the damage has been done. let this be a lesson to be a responsible seller next time and do ur research

Hoping that to your future transactions also. Let’s just be professional on communicating to other sellers. Baka kasi malugi talaga sila na di nila alam bakit. Thankfully I am not really a seller, because this might be a big effect on me if I am really am.
