The only way I can see this as valid is if someone offers a 'copy [show]' sort of service, for people with fandom-based OCs. And again, this only makes sense if the /artist/ already offers that service. Its weird to /ask/ for that.

Art is VERY time-consuming. I don't think we pay artists enough in general.
/If/ you want more commissions than you're getting, you could lower the cost, but I don't think it's too expensive at all. Everyone is just poor/with monies difficulty atm

Some I commissioned I am sad to no longer be able to afford or they're too busy now because they're more popular. I /do/ find it sad, however, also /happy/ to see it

you know the engagement farming(EF); I thought it only happens about artists from fake clients, but I have tried to commission 4 different artists as client today + suddenly receive no replies; just ghosted. i think it is EF but now even by 'artists', not just fake clients

@LilNarwhal97 Yeah; this. I also see they charge for skin tone on some of them- and that feels like even worse charge. I get for a tattoo but for skin tone? It is only to select those layers and edit the colour; they don't do a lot to change that.

I agree its too many charges with YCH lately
