The City I was born and raised in is a dirty stinking universe. The amount of homelessness and trash on the 42nd St. for the 1, 2 and 3 train is insane. A prime tourists hub. No cops, nothing but dirt and grime. Shameful and Sad @KathyHochul @NYCMayor
