It’s ok to have them draft and you review, but NEVER cut yourself out of the loop and hand over the keys

@DrewPavlou I lived in SF for 5 years and go back every year to visit. Being in SF/the US is a jolt of energy and enthusiasm that you don't see here in Australia. SF is a city of smart, ambitious people and I don't see it at scale in Australia.
