@AmericanAir An apology without action is just that. Your "manager of customer service" apologized after suggesting we find a resting spot to wait for 26 HRS. When I asked her about accommodations she said it's not her responsibility. Really?? After giving away my seat?

An @AmericanAir attendant saw what was happening at the airport and even she said "wow that's not right". I had the phrase "we reserve the right to give your seats away" engraved in my head. WORST. AIRLINE. EVER. Do not fly with them. #recommendation
They placed blame on us. Forced me to go into a panic attack. Showed no sympathy. Lost our luggage. Made it apparent that it's our "responsibility" to trace the luggage. @AmericanAir#AmericanAirlines is the worst. Save your money people.
Where do I even begin? They gave my friend and my PAID FOR SEATS away to people on standby even though we were at the gate. They were EXTREMELY RUDE to the point that other people asked if we needed help. And oh..the list goes on #AmericanAirlines
