@OCTranspoLive Bus #14 from Tunney’s pasture to St Laurent did not show up at 8:20 am, 8:34 am, and 8:47 at the 2556 stop on Gladstone (The 8:47 timing was GPS adjusted!!). Why don’t you update your timings or post any cancellations online? How difficult is that????

@ikreidieh Hi, I was told that the company for changing secondary cables for DSL no longer exists. I was wondering if you have a plan to sign a contract with another company since the secondary cable in our area should be replaced.

@ikreidieh @OgeroTelecom Hi, we do not have DSL (provider: WISE) since June 20 (more than 1 month). Wise has already sumbitted fault report that the secondary cable should be replaced. When are you going to replace it since we are paying the subscription fee but have no internet.

@ikreidieh @OgeroTelecom Hi, I believe you should have received a fault report from Wise on Monday (Mezher-Majzub-Bsalim area). I hope your team can follow up and resolve the issue because we do not have internet since June 20. Thanks

@OgeroTelecom Since June 20, we do not have internet at home in Bsalim (DSL with Wise). When we contacted Wise, we were told they do not have any problem from their side. When are you guys thinking about visiting us to resolve the issue? I can send you privately the box number.

@OC_Transpo I suggest providing a reduced schedule until you are adequately staffed. Cancelling same route 3 out of 5 times in weekdays and then apologizing is not acceptable. Planning ahead and providing a reduced work schedule should be your current strategy with all respect. @OC_Transpo

@OC_Transpo @OCTranspoLive Thank you for your reply. Kindly would you elaborate what do you mean by the trip scheduled for 8:15 at stop 2556 has been cancelled? Was it only today? Or everyday? I also checked @OCTranspoLive but could not find anything specific to bus 14-St Laurent for today.
