I need your help @Twitter! #Ryanair has lost my #suitcase 10 days ago, during a direct flight from London to Nantes. After several miscommunications (they said they had found it and were ready to deliver it a week ago), it appears that they still haven’t found my #suitcase (1/3)

I was on my way to my sister’s wedding and to my best friend’s wedding, with a full week of work meetings in between, so you can imagine that what was in my #suitcase is very important. I have done all the paperwork necessary but have now no way of reaching out to #Ryanair (2/3)
