@KerriBerriKerri @respandsleepjc But if a significant percentage of included patients truly had underlying IPF (& systemic sclerosis), where we know nintedanib helps, perhaps benefit is driven by these groups as opposed to HP/autoimmune ILD patients?

@respandsleepjc Approx 20% of individuals in #INBUILD had idiopathic NSIP & 20% unclassifiable ILD. Yet, a significant proportion of these had a UIP-like pattern on CT. Did these individuals have SLB, or how do we know they do not simply have underlying IPF?
