@flyvolaris qué frustración con su pésimo servicio. Mi mamá dejó su pasaporte en un vuelo que aterrizó hoy a las 9 pm y su personal en la Terminal 1 de CDMX la ha tenido esperando más de 2 horas, sin darle respuesta de dónde está y además tratándola fatal. Hagan algo, por favor.
