خلال مرحلة تطوير ديجمون أدفنتشر عام 1998، تقرر أن يشترك كل من الأنمي ديجيمون أدفنتشر ومانغا ديجيمون في-تايمر 01 في بطل رئيسي واحد ضمن مشروع ديجمون متعدد الوسائط. ونظرًا لأن في-تايمر كان من المقرر أن يصدر أولًا، فقد تبنى المصمم كينجي واتانابي وفريق العمل تصميم تايتشي المستند إلى نسخة المانغا التي رسمها يابونو تينيا، كما تم اعتماد اسم "ياغامي تايتشي" للشخصية. وبعد ذلك بُنيت تصاميم بقية الأطفال المختارين حول تصميم تايتشي ليصبح نقطة الانطلاق لتشكيل الفريق الرئيسي في الأنمي.

What troubles me even more:

this man has clearly undergone major brain surgery, hemicraniotomy and tracheotomy, and probably spent weeks in ICU

- so why is he so malnourished??

Don’t they have feeding tubes? Or parenteral nutrition? Has he refused food when he was in a coma? And hemiplegic?

No patient that is fighting for their lives should be this obviously starved.

This makes me so furious.

This is an obvious violation of basic medical ethics and human rights. Absolutely shameful.
