Switching prepaid meters is an excuse for money grabs.

Shame on you. Your so called upgrade to meters is a way for you to switch off if meter runs to zero so you can inconvenience the public to have to go in to an office and pay a fine for reconnection. My understanding is prepaid- you buy you use you buy again.
