The body naturally registers the workplace as a danger zone, turning off the stress alarm system cortisol that helps us fight-or-flight when faced with danger. Working daily in a danger zone sets a stage to develop anxiety & depression, heart disease, insomnia, weight gain...
The workplace is a 2nd home & workmates are like family.However aworkplace can be an undeclared & unprotected war zone or crime scene full of strive, peer substage, backstabbing, revenge, office politics,unhealthy competition.. Such a hostile environment is a danger to Ur health.
Let's make families safe by loving unconditionally, being just & dealing conflicts well. Expect disappointments, make room 4 hurt & address past hurts. Refuse to live in the shadows of past hurts/wounds. Withdrawing/emotional cutoff is an ineffective remedy to family wounds.
East 2west home can be best if there's unconditional love & undying support. Or the worst if there's hartred & unresolved conflicts. Sometimes families reject, neglect & abuse us physically, vebally, emotionally& sexually. Then cover up leaving us wounded emotionally & mentally.
