@solange_lebourg@abettercat@jk_rowling@rejserin The Olympic should return to its earlier rule disqualifying female athletes from women’s events if they have T-levels in the normal male range, 7 to 30 nanomoles per liter of blood. Under the rule, PAIS athletes are disqualified, while CAIS Athletes are not.
@jk_rowling@rejserin I agree with you about 46 XY 5-ARD individuals; even socialized from birth as women they're in their own "Amazon" category athletically, making competition in women's sports unfair. But how do you feel about CAIS individuals, born with vaginas and 100% testosterone-insensitive?
@solange_lebourg@abettercat@jk_rowling@rejserin You are incorrect. There are two forms of AIS, readily distinguished from each other; CAIS (Complete Androgen Insensitivity Disorder) and PAIS (Partial Androgen Insensitivity Disorder). CAIS athletes respond to neither self-produced or prescribed T.
@Ok2BeKind@ceneblock_MI@RapidResponse47 No, it isn't. But each has powers the other branches do not. Neither the legislative nor executive branch has the power to overturn or ignore a federal court decision. But Congress does have the power to determine what falls under the various federal courts' jurisdictions.
@BKrepysh34200@RapidResponse47@AskPerplexity@grok That was not the question before the court. The question before the International Trade Court was whether the president had the statutory and constitutional authority to establish such sweeping tariffs (a power vested in Congress by the Constitution). Their answer was "No."

Likewise, when he said the conviction is "not a delusion" he meant that in the strictly medical sense; it's not a delusional disorder born of schizophrenia but one born of a mis-conviction about one's world, like Flat-Eartherism.

I think most everyone here is responding to something LCWIII didn't say. He said gender identity "is the mere fact of having a conviction of being male or female," but he didn't say that it is innate or immutable, only that it's present.
@MattWalshBlog "False equivalence is a logical fallacy where two subjects are incorrectly compared as if equal, despite significant differences between them. This often occurs when a shared characteristic is highlighted while ignoring other important factors that distinguish the two."
@HeartlandSignal Are you serious? You're asking for support after this out-of-context hit bit? That's not "covering politics," that's ginning up Fake News. Clean up your act and I might be inclined to listen.
@BrianSimsPA Congratulations, Brian! I'd never even heard of you before this, so obviously bullying elderly women and teenage girls works for you. The one thing I appreciate about social media is it gives toxic people the perfect platform to out themselves on. Your behavior is disgusting.
