@FNBSA despite numerous attempts to solve my FNB insurance claim, (dating back to amay). They send the complaint on and on with the words ‘pls assist this client’. I’ve had about 10 of these emails. Passing the buck FNB seems to be your core competency

@FNBSA despite promises to find out about my claim in May for my written off car. No payout still, no progress, I keep getting ‘we tried to call you’ emails and I’ve told them I’m abroad and need to email or watsapp me. HOW hard can this be. I pity ppl insured at FNB

@aegeanairlines I flew into ATH 12 days ago arr at 03:30 from LHR. luggagetotally smashed, crack across case and wheel hanging off. Reported at airport. They would not help. Told to email. Have done 3 times with no response. Had to purchase new case to leave ATH. Kindly respond.

@FlySafair @FAHoliday pls start weighing carry-on bags. This morning AGAIN my small carry-on was taken away at the door for stowage in the hold. I am sick of paying to check a bag and being unable to take my carryon onboard due to all the large suitcases being taken onboard.

@CaesarstoneSA please please send SOMEONE to get the marks off my white countertop. No matter how careful I am, it is covered in funny marks and rings and splotch marks.I can’t even have guests as they will unintentionally leave things on the counter and boom! Another stain.

@CaesarstoneSA I am so fed up with my white countertop. For years I spend hours trying to get stain rings off the top. I get frantic if someone leaves a drop of red wine or tea. IT WILL STAIN. I will never ever purchase again
