@parcelforce hi my parcel's been delivered to a post office after a failed (not attempted as I was home) delivery attempt. I do not even have a card so no idea which post office. Can you check where I need to go pick it up please?

@FirstPortHelp I am literally stuck in my flat as 2 out of 3 lifts in the building are broken and my fob doesn't let me access the entrance with the 3rd lift. Help? Can I get a temporary fob to the other door?

@SW_Help @superxrose What don't you understand about the word "overcrowded"? How is a guard supposed to walk through? They already don't when the train is half empty, do you really think they'll bother when it's busy?

@petersfield @GameOverDave @SW_Help They also don't do much to hold those who do accountable. Why would they? They get compensation for issues *and* full fares from passengers with a ridiculously complicated and biased delay repay system meaning few claim all they are entitled to.

@SW_Help you have got to train your guards better! Long platforms have been open at Feltham for over a month but some guards still say pax have to move forwards... It's just plain wrong.

@SW_Help But other than engineering works, the timetable will be normal? Just wondering as the strike will be ended for 2nd and 3rd already.

@SW_Help @jayroar This is so patronising. So tone deaf. This is a regular working day, not a holiday, not everyone does Xmas, there's no good reason to have services terminate that much earlier than usual!
