ICE agents in Minnesota pulled up behind a woman in her vehicle and hit it and then drug her out of her car saying she hit them when it was right in front of another ladies home with a ring camera that captured it all! The woman is an American citizen too!

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents are arresting unaccompanied minors, trafficking them across state borders, and then “losing”them.

Sixteen-year-old Sebastian, an asylum-seeker from Ecuador, was driving in Minneapolis when immigration agents pulled him over in early January. He managed to call his father before they confiscated his phone.

Then he disappeared.

Instead of processing him locally, federal agents moved him from holding area to holding area, kept him overnight in a HOTEL under guard, and then flew him to Michigan.

He was placed in a federally contracted Christian youth shelter, and given 5 vaccines.

All while his family had no idea where he was.

For nearly a week, the government could not… or would not… tell his father where his 16-year-old son had been taken. When his attorney filed an emergency petition, an ICE lawyer responded that it “does not appear that this Petitioner is in ICE custody.”

He had been arrested by ICE… He had been transported by ICE.

But suddenly, according to ICE, he wasn’t in ICE custody.

After agents picked him up, they labeled him an “unaccompanied minor” and issued him a new alien number, even though he already had one as an asylum-seeker.

That second number made him nearly impossible to track once he was transferred into the federal shelter system.

When his lawyer finally located him in Michigan, he had been confined for over a week, he was not allowed to disclose his location to his father, his movement was restricted, and his communication was monitored.

This is what they are calling “ensuring safety.”

The shelter he was sent to… Bridgeway, operated by Bethany Christian Services…has a documented history of violations.

In 2023, a counselor there was charged with sexually abusing immigrant youth. State inspections later found compliance failures, including background check issues and evidence of staff hazing children.

This facility receives millions in federal funding.

Sebastian’s family was lucky. They were able to hire a lawyer. They were able to track him through paperwork the government claimed did not exist. They were able to physically show up and get him out.

How many families don’t have that kind of help?

How many parents are calling numbers that lead nowhere?

How many children are sitting in facilities under new identification numbers, waiting for someone to figure out where they’ve been sent?

If it takes a federal court order, and private investigators, to locate a 16-year-old the government admits it picked up…

That’s a system where the government is knowingly trafficking children, unless their family has the resources to pull them back.

🚨ICE/Border Patrol agents TRESPASSED on a U.S. citizen’s private property, in Bryan, Texas… and then tried to threaten the U.S. citizen for telling them to leave.

In the video, a U.S. citizen walks outside and finds federal agents standing on HIS property.

He approaches them and tells them to leave.

Instead of leaving, an agent immediately tries to assert dominance:

“Don’t be coming up on me… stay right there.”

A federal agent, standing on a U.S. citizen’s private property, without a warrant, orders the HOMEOWNER not to approach HIM… on his own land.

The homeowner then responds exactly how you’d expect:

“You are on my property. So I’m telling you now, get the fuck off of my property. You are violating my 4th Amendment, get the fuck out.”

And here’s where it gets worse…

You can hear one of the agents say, “He’s fine?”
“Yeah.”

Meaning what?

Meaning they followed someone who wasn’t undocumented, wasn’t a criminal, who they racially profiled…

And then trespassed onto private property.

They scramble for an excuse, claiming they were “just looking for” someone who pulled into the driveway.

Even though, that’s not how the Fourth Amendment works…

You don’t get to enter private property without a judicial warrant because someone turned into a driveway. You don’t get to occupy someone’s land and then bark orders at the owner when he asserts his rights.

When the homeowner tells them again to leave, an agent escalates:

“You better back up.”

That’s a threat. An implied one.

Because when armed federal agents tell a civilian “you better,” it carries the weight of arrest, or lethal force.

The homeowner did not like that, and responds:

“I better not do shit, you are on my property, get the fuck off.”

And only then… do they finally leave.

This is the pattern people need to understand.

If federal agents feel comfortable trespassing onto a U.S. citizen’s property… with no warrant, no exigent circumstances, no actual target… and then threatening the homeowner for asserting his rights…

That’s a constitutional crisis.

Because once armed agents can enter private property first and justify it later… the Fourth Amendment becomes optional.

And the more this behavior is normalized, and excused as routine… the more dangerous it becomes for everyone.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents just assaulted a U.S. citizen for existing on a public sidewalk in Minneapolis.

In the video, a person is walking down the sidewalk when they notice ICE vehicles pulling out of a parking lot and begin filming.

As one vehicle exits, an agent in the passenger seat raises pepper spray, aims it at the civilian, and sprays them in the face.

No warning.
No command.
No justification.

The person wasn’t interfering. They weren’t blocking the vehicle. They weren’t threatening anyone. They were simply recording government agents in public, exercising a clearly established constitutional right.

This wasn’t a mistake.
This wasn’t a misunderstanding.
This was retaliation, intimidation, and an abuse of power… caught on camera.

So the question isn’t whether this was legal. It wasn’t.

The question is how many more Americans will be assaulted for exercising their rights before this stops?

And when will the government stop treating U.S. citizens like criminals… or “terrorists”… for the crime of existing in public and holding power accountable?
