You have two choices…
Please people.
Please God.

Just got a message from a 17 y/o follower whose friends are raising their concerns that the elementary schoolers in their area don’t have a mask or vaccine mandate. They’re apparently upset about this. COVID propaganda has broken the brains & spirits of so many young people.

Love people biblically & take the time to understand them.

If someone wants pizza & you cook them a 5 star meal, they'll appreciate it but it won't touch their heart as much. Learn to love people how they want to be loved not how you think they should be loved.

[Ally Ragsdale @allyragsdale]

You want to love people well? Pray for people often.

[Ally Ragsdale @allyragsdale]

You’re either a slave to sin or free in Christ. There is no in between.

[Elizabeth @ElizaEll]

If your love for your neighbor is based on their vaccination status, it is yourself you love and not your neighbor.

[Ally Ragsdale @allyragsdale]

Going to church doesn’t mean you’re going to heaven. Trying to be a good person doesn’t atone for your sin against God. You do not earn your entrance into heaven, you believe it. You believe that Jesus is the only Way, the only Truth, and the only Life. He lives. You believe.

Talk to an apolitical pediatric or ER nurse, & they will all tell you the same story: hospitals are full of kids extremely sick with viruses that are not COVID-mostly RSV. Hypothesis is lockdowns & distancing-then coming together-have made some common sicknesses even more intense

[Owen Strachan @ostrachan]

No masks.

No mandatory vaccinations.

No cancelling of school for our kids.

RT if you agree.

Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever.

Loving your neighbor means resisting lockdowns, mask mandates & school closures 😃

If your private worship doesn’t match your public worship, your public worship isn’t worship, it’s acting. Worship God with your whole life, not just the parts of your life others view. Worship is not a performance on Sunday, it’s a heart posture daily. Worship Him.

even when life doesn’t go as planned, God is still good.

Popular preachers center every sermon around you and having a better life, but Jesus said deny yourself, pick up your cross and follow Me.

[D. Alec Zeck @Alec_Zeck]

Are you afraid of the unvaccinated because your experience alerted you to be or because you were conditioned by your TV or phone to be?

[Ally Ragsdale @allyragsdale]

Your life isn’t a cosmic accident. You were created on purpose for a purpose. You exist. God exists. Every human either believes in God or rejects Him. Every human breathes because of Him and will soon meet Him. There’s only one God, and it’s not you. But He loves you. Very much.

[Thomas Sowell Quotes @ThomasSowell]

No one will really understand politics until they understand that politicians are not trying to solve our problems. They are trying to solve their own problems—of which getting elected and re-elected are number one and number two. Whatever is number three is far behind.

[Lysa TerKeurst @LysaTerKeurst]

God is here. God is near. And He can absolutely be trusted with it all.

Words we can cling to every moment of every day this week. Because they are true.

God keeps His promises. If He said it, He meant it.
