A tough evening for Swansea East boys going through their paces with fitness testing as part of their S&C block. Great effort from all. Big thanks to @Swansea_ASPS for allowing us to use the timing gates

Great win today against a very strong Penybanc team 7-0 #birchgroveVpenybanc

[Marisa Rosser @marisarosser]

@O2 I’ve DM you - cannot sign in or get through on phone. Service is abysmal

[Marisa Rosser @marisarosser]

First game for this one Under16 Swansea East school boys ❤️ Doing his club and us proud x

[Marisa Rosser @marisarosser]

@FirstCymru where is the 17.34 bus from Morriston hospital? No show - next one is at 19.05… amazing service

[Marisa Rosser @marisarosser]

@BonyJuniors U15s ❤️ this team has blown us away past few games! What a difference in them.

[Marisa Rosser @marisarosser]

@FirstCymru Not good enough

[Marisa Rosser @marisarosser]

@FirstCymru absolutely abysmal service today! 1.15 Bus from Swansea Quadrent… came in, changed its number to the 44 and off it went. Can you tell
Me how elderly and infirm people manage in this instance? When there is only one bus an hour (6)

[Marisa Rosser @marisarosser]

Literally broken us today - but we will not be beaten. Normal service to resume tomorrow ❤️

[Old @StThomasSwansea]

Over the weekend we have been broken into and all of our foodbank food has been stolen. Other items including an orange bike that had been donated for a family, our youth group tuck shop supplies and baby items have also been taken. We simply have no food to give out.

[Marisa Rosser @marisarosser]

@CefnHengoed Love these! Rocking the pink Lucas ❤️

[Marisa Rosser @marisarosser]

@CefnHengoed Happy birthday to my favourite twins! Xx

[Cefn Hengoed Community School @CefnHengoed]

Another fixture for our young sports stars. The rugby boys got stuck into the opposition but unfortunately came out second best. Some fantastic performances and memories made 🇮🇹🏉👏🏾
