A few weeks ago someone gave my husband moose meat
(Yeah google moose to see what the animal looks like).
Man brought it home and said we should try it. I told him there was no way my Nigerian tongue would caught near moose meat.
My husband decided to make stew with it. When he started frying it, I nearly puked. It had this distinct flavour that was so alien
For days I did not even want to use the same pot to cook.
So we just dumped it in the freezer. Oga kept begging me to cook moose meat. I said “nahhh fam”
Weirdly, my husband loved it and kept cooking it for himself. Another time he made stew and put his moose in one corner of the pot while I ate my regular chicken.
One tiny piece of moose found it’s way on top my rice. This time, it did not taste or smell as bad
Another time, another piece of moose entered my plate. Not only did it not taste bad, it actually tasted beefy to me
My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, guess who went to the freezer to use the remaining moose to make stew some days ago?
Yup, me!
And this is my way of reminding you dear child of God that when you keep allowing things that you know don’t please God around you, you’ll be amazed at how much you can adjust to start doing things you swore you would never do
Like me, you can go from being nauseated by moose meat one day and using it to make stew the next.
The command is to “flee”
Not adjust
Not tolerate
Not say cook your own one side and let me cook on the other side
The Bible says flee
Your no stronger than Samson o
Blessings!
This one is for all my sisters who don’t like to do too much

For some its upbringing. For some it’s personal preference
The pressure on women to do too much is getting out of hand
You must do nails, do lashes, do hair, buy clothes, shoes, bags, do makeup, do this and do that
Ah ah
And sometimes we wonder why women are looking for money up and down,
Because someone, somewhere has made us feel like if all these are not in place, you’re not taking care of yourself as a woman
BIG FAT LIE!
The worst part is some women no even really send these things.
But society keeps making you feel like you have to look a certain way, if not, you’re failing

"It will be written on stone that there was a man called PASTOR W F KUMUYI who sojourned through the earth, Who laboured with the message of Jesus tirelessly.
A man who never bent his conviction for any, A man who did the absolute will of God.
Dear Lord, don't give up on me" 🙏
I nearly missed my flight to Abuja
I had a 6:30 flight back to Abuja and I entered one Lagos hold up
When I got to the airport by 6:10, the attendant told me I could not enter and that the boarding gate was closed already
I just stood there disappointed and confused on what next to do
I met other fellow late comers there too.
I went close to the boarding atrnedaand said
“Sir please I have checked in online already”
The man looked at me and said “did you check in online before today???
I said “yes sir”
He said “that is the only reason why only you can get on this plane”
The He checked and saw that it was true, opened the gate and let me in
Before I went in, this other lady came and was begging too
The man asked her “did you check in online”??
She said no
The man said something profound
He said “this not a matter of begging. It’s not because I’m wicked. The check in portal closes 30 minutes before departure. This is a matter of principle and so I can’t check you in now”
————————————————————
As I walked into the plane, the man’s words kept ringing in my ears as the Holyspirit brought to my remembrance about the kingdom of heaven
There’s a principle that only those who in this life have Jesus as Lord and Savior and lived a lived to please God here on earth would be allowed in
Your excuses don’t matter
Your plenty tears won’t matter
If an airline here on earth would have such stringent rules, how much more the God of heaven that already paid the price so that you can enter heaven
And so I ask you today
Are you checked in to the kingdom of God?
Who is Lord over your life ?
Do you live your life for yourself or according to the word of God??
Think deeply!
Double check
Make sure you’re checked in!
