@Channel4 What the hell is wrong with your app on my firestick? I can't watch a programme without it glitching every second? Nothing is watchable. I've cleared the cache+data, uninstalled+reinstalled the app but still it continues. Sort it out. It's been like it for ages.

@FirstEssex HONESTLY, SORT YOUR BUSES OUT. Why are they at the bus stop 5 mins early but not waiting??? A few of us have missed the bus by seconds of this when by rights we should have been able to get on it. Not good enough. 300 bus is the worst service by a mile.

@FirstEssex I waited till 8.35 for a bus to turn up. I asked the driver what happened to the bus before and he just shrugged his shoulders and said "dunno". There was an old lady waiting as well panicking that she wasn't going to be able to get home. Was the 300 bus Chelmsford to Basildon.

@FirstEssex yet again, an extremely poor service. Been stood at the bus stop after finishing work since 7.15pm. Board says bus will be 19 minutes. Well it's not turned up. Now the board saying 8.30pm. This is just not good enough. I'm tired and ill and I just want to get home.

Late for work yet again thanks to @FirstEssex and the 300 bus. Not good enough. Been in a new job location for 2 weeks, and have either been late for work or late home more times than I've been on time. Why am I getting up even earlier to still be late for work? Sort it out.

they weren't a new flavour at all and I'd misread the worn bonanza for banana 😩🙄. I'm now really thinking that there should be another limited edition flavour which is in fact banana chocolate!!!

Mistook this pack of @McVities biscuits for a new flavour. Got so excited at the till point shouting out to my fiancé that I couldn't wait to try them, ignoring the fact that the cashier was looking at me strangely. Paid for them, picked them up and walked away, only to find that

@BirdandBlendTea I’m really struggling to make the cream egg latte 😩. I just end up with basically a cup of hot milk every time. I put 2 tsp in a mug, add 100ml of water (which doesn’t seem like a lot), steep for 4 mins, strain, add hot milk. What am I doing wrong??

@ITVXhelp @ITVX I’ve already done all of that. Cleared the cache, deleted and reinstalled etc etc. I’m clearly not the only one who is having the same problem. It’s atrocious.

@greateranglia please can you confirm what is going on today with the trains please? On your app it says severe disruptions, delays etc due to industrial action, but when I put in Billericay to Southend, it comes up that everything is fine and trains running every 30 mins?
